Placing an order

By placing an order on our website you will have been deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment is accepted on our website via secure Paypal, or by cleared personal cheque. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

VAT

​

We are not VAT registered and VAT is not included or added on website prices.

Cancellation of orders

​

We hope you will be very happy with your purchases, however if this is not the case you have the right to cancel your order provided you contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods.

To cancel your order returned items must be received in perfect unopened/unused condition. On recipt of returned goods, we will refund the cost of the returned goods and any delivery fees paid on the order. You (the customer) are responsible for return postage costs.
